We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter with a strong background in the media industry to join our team immediately. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting and hiring top talent for our organization. You will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates who align with our company’s values and objectives.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.
Screen resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the selection process.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Conduct reference checks and employment verification for selected candidates
Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with successful candidates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Recruiter, preferably in the media industry
Proven track record of successfully recruiting candidates for various positions
In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and current market trends
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
