We are looking for a Snr Network Engineer that knows how to drive our day to day operations and help the building business solution for our sales team. We are looking for an engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience.
List of responsibility that are required to handle the job are below. The Snr Network Engineer must have the capability to handle all those tasks:
ERP SYSTEM Administrator:
Maintain system functions and operations
Do enhancements to meet the operation needs.
Being the vocal point between the NXS and the Labtech (developer) for support.
Help most of the departments to achieve their goals using the ERP System Such as (procurement, Finance, logistics).
Ticket System owner (ConnectWise)
Dispatch support tickets to the tier 1 team.
Making sure that the SLA is maintained by the Support Team.
Do periodic checks on the system.
Open support ticket when needed for system trouble shooting.
Data integrity assurance.
CISCO MERAKI NETWORK:
Design and implementation of Meraki SD-Wan configurations for Wide Area Networks
Customer-facing duties, such as being the technical expert in the room amongst a sales team for an SD-Wan service provider, offering advice, and working to improve existing networks.
Create and install Meraki configurations
Working with a sales team to perform demonstrations of the system.
Educating clients on the strengths of Meraki.
Optimizing existing networks with internal IT teams.
Providing ongoing support such as troubleshooting security, switching, WIFI, and other issues
Trouble shoot issues and find the best resolution for the matter.
Pre-sales engineer
Delivering presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients
Liaising with those developing products/services to gain an in-depth knowledge that you can relate to customers – and to let them in on user behavior and/or any potential changes clients would like
Helping the sales team to reach targets.
Conducting research into the industry – including competitor research
Encouraging clients to buy extras, upgrades etc
Potentially considering new markets or clients to contact, based on your knowledge of both the products/services and their users.
Design IT solution and creating quotes.
Furthermore, The Snr Network engineer must have the knowledge of windows network administration and MS office 365.
