We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our company as a Fulfillment Specialist. As part of our fulfillment team, you manage inventory, receive and fulfill orders efficiently, and process returns. This is a fast-paced and occasionally physical position, meaning you must be able to stand, crouch, and lift objects and parcels throughout your shift. The candidate has prior experience with order fulfillment software, strong data entry and customer service skills.

Key Skills

Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English (speaking, writing and reading).
Professional PC skills including ERB, MS Office and WMS.
Minimum 1-3 Years in Warehouse/Retail industry.
Prior experience with fulfillment software preferred.
The physical ability to stand, crouch, and lift objects throughout a standard workday.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Attention to detail.

Key Tasks

Manage inventory and troubleshoot technical problems to resolution.
Note inventory levels and alert supervisors to potential issues.
Process and rout all incoming orders.
Process customers’ orders and verify accuracy via WMS.
Ship and arrange BOL’s and paperwork for freight and logistic shipments.
Receive new products into the WMS system to be put into the warehouse.
Receive, enter, process, and ship mass merchant orders in a timely, efficient manner.
Ensure document control BOL, certificate of origin, and waybill accompany shipments.
Stock, scan and locate designated products in warehouse by using the RF gun (electronic scanner).
Track all orders via delivery software.
