Administration & HR Executive

OliOli® Children's Museum Dubai

HR & Admin Executive responsibilities include processing employee data, updating company policies, assisting in the hiring process and other administration tasks . To be successful in this role, you should have solid organizational skills and be familiar with HR functions.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Administration:

Renewal of company contracts, insurance policies, certificates, licenses in a timely manner
Provide administrative support to Directors & Managers of the company
Organize all documentation physically and electronically in an efficient manner
Work closely with Accounts Officer to ensure both Accounts & Admin functions support each other where required.
Procurement of small items and supplies for the company

Human Resourcse

Liaise with external PRO office to ensure all required information and documentation required for maintaining employee records in good standing with regulatory authorities is provided and received in a timely manner
Work closely with the insurance provider for member additions and deletions
Being actively involved in recruitment process by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process, and in onboarding the new employees
Primary point of contact for employees with HR queries, issue formal letters upon request, and follow up with medical insurance claims to ensure efficient and satisfactory service in line with HR policies and procedures
Receive, compile and tabulate employee time-sheets
Responsible for payroll and salary calculations
Miscellaneous:
Oversee IT environment of office and liaise with external IT service provider as required
Manage petty cash balance effectively and accurately
Working with other colleagues, proactively contribute to the success of any special events and programs designed to enhance the profile of OliOli within the community
Perform other duties and be involved in projects and activities that contribute to the achievement of OliOli’s objectives

EDUATION AND OTHER

Work experience as an HR & Admin Professional
College degree is required
Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
Familiarity with UAE MOHRE & Visa processes
Experience with Microsoft 365
Organizational skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Relevant UAE Experience
