The HR Executive will play a pivotal role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, on boarding, employee relations, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, conducting interviews, and coordinating on boarding activities for new hires.

2) Address employee inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner, and collaborate with management to resolve conflicts and promote a positive work environment.

3) Maintain accurate employee records and files, update HR databases, process HR-related documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

4) Support performance appraisal processes, track performance evaluations, and assist in identifying training and development needs for employees.

5) Participate in organizing employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs to foster a positive workplace culture.

6) Prepare and generate HR reports, metrics, and dashboards to provide insights into HR activities and trends.

7) Stay updated on labor laws and regulations and ensure HR practices are compliant with local, state, and federal laws.

8) Conduct exit interviews, analyze feedback, and provide insights to improve retention and overall employee experience.

9) Assist in internal communication efforts, such as disseminating HR-related information and announcements.

10) Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned by HR Manager or HR Director.

Qualification & Experience

1) 3-5 for years of HR Experience, preferably with at least 1 to 2 years’ experience in Healthcare Industry.

2) Knowledge of HR Processes and Policies

3) Knowledge of UAE labour law and legal compliance

4) Bachelor’s Degree holder (Human Resource Degree or Certificate is a plus)

5) Language Preference-English is a must. A second language and/Arabic is a plus.

6) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

7) Proficiency in using HRIS software and Microsoft Office applications.

8) Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask.

9) Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

10) Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

11) Proactively takes ownership and is excited to scale our team and company.

12) Experience of working in a fast-paced environment, often with a high level of ambiguity and change

13) UAE National with family book is a must.

14) Arabic Speaker is mandatory.
