Job objective : He/She will be responsible for achievement of sales targets including achievement of agreed renewal ratios and growth target from new business within specified geographies.
1-10 years experience in sales with 2 year sales experience in insurance / Financial.
Proven ability in achieving sales targets and in maintaining & developing client.
Develop and maintain a data base of prospective customers.
Discovers and Develops new area for Market penetration.
Constantly updated and shortlisted pipeline of prospective clients.
Client servicing with issue identification & resolution.
Proven ability in achieving Sales Targets and in maintaining & developing client.
Constantly updated pipeline for all existing as well as prospective key customers.
Continuously updates and updates technical knowledge, technical skills and soft skills to constantly improve retention rates and conversion rates of new business.
