Occupational Therapist
-Osraty, a leading provider of physiotherapy and rehabilitation services, is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive and individualized therapy programs to our diverse patient population.
–Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients’ functional abilities, needs, and goals.
Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
Implement evidence-based interventions to improve patients’ functional performance, independence, and quality of life.
Provide therapeutic interventions, including ADL training, environmental modifications, adaptive equipment recommendations, and cognitive interventions.
Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic strategies and home exercise programs.
Stay updated with advancements in occupational therapy techniques and contribute to professional growth through continuous learning.
-Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Valid license/certification to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the relevant jurisdiction.
Proven experience working as an Occupational Therapist.
Proficiency in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
