Pickvisa.com is looking for a Visa Specialist based in Dubai, UAE.
Pickvisa.com is an online platform that provides services in obtaining travel, education, and business trip visas to any country worldwide.
Responsibilities:
1. Consultation of clients in the office, by phone or e-mail;
2. Acceptance and review of documents for visa application;
3. Preparation of visa documents in English;
4. Hotel and flight tickets booking, registration of insurance policy;
5. Delivery of prepared documents to customers;
6. Ability and readiness to work with large volumes of information, documents.
Requirements:
1. Experience in the travel and visa field for at least 2-3 years
2. University degree in Tourism field or Management faculty is preferred;
3. High communication skills, customer orientation, politeness, and attentiveness to applicants.
4. Desire to work in a dynamically developing company, learn and reach new horizons.
5. Accuracy in work with documents.
6. Confident User in Ms Excel, Word and Power Point Presentation;
7. Advanced English (written and spoken) and Russian are required!
8. Business communication standards, competent speech (written and oral);
Salary: 4500-5800 AED (based on experience);
Accommodation, work visa, and health insurance are provided.
Paid vacation 20 working days per year.
