We are seeking an experienced Senior Audit Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in audit and assurance services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Responsibilities
Plan and lead audit engagements from start to finish, including scheduling, budgeting, and scoping
Review work performed by junior team members and provide constructive feedback to ensure the highest quality of deliverables
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their business processes, risks, and controls, and provide recommendations for improvement
Identify accounting and auditing issues and propose solutions to management
Mentor and develop junior team members to ensure they are meeting their professional goals and delivering high-quality work
Participate in business development activities to grow the firm’s client base and reputation
Qualifications
minimum of 1-3 years of experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting or related field
ACCA or CA is plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and independently
A driving license is a plus
