Urgent hiring for HR Generalist for Dubai location

Support the HR Manager for all activities related to department functions.
Handle the recruitment cycle starting with job posting, CV screen , interview schedule and assist the HR Manager in conducting interviews.
Prepares the offer letters and send to the selected candidates.
Collect all the required documents from the new employees and deliver to HR Executive to proceed with the visa process in accordance with the PRO.
Update about the new newly hired employee to the requesting Division / Department after recruitment stage.
Handle and supervise the employees’ Health and Workmen Compensation Insurance. Conduct inquiries on the current insurance provider among the employees of the organization in coordination with Finance & Purchase department.
Prepare the JD of the new employees and update the existing employees’ JD.
Prepare and draft the HR circulars, internal memo, warning letter, experience certificate, and driving NOC.
Coordinate with the labor camps supervisors to accommodate the new employees in a timely manner.
Maintain and update the employees’ profiles and records in both HRMS and Master list
Monitor and regularly update the employee’s master list whenever necessary including the 201 files of employees comprising of visa, labor contract, individual’s passport expiration and other legal documents.
Prepare and arrange the necessary documents needed for the Medical Insurance.
Handle all the medical insurance addition and deletion requests.
Respond to the Quality department inquiries.
Perform other related duties required by the HR Manager.
