Job Summary:

As a CCO B2C, you are the most experienced sales team member. You are responsible for guiding the marketing team and sales; customer services representatives, ensuring that sales targets are met, generating leads, managing key accounts, and monitoring competitors’ sales activities. You are a dedicated and customer-oriented senior sales representative to drive sales and guides the PWG UAE sales team.

Your responsibilities include analyzing industry trends to identify ways to improve PWG products, ensuring customers are satisfied with the products or services purchased, and submitting account plans and sales reports to senior higher management. You are also able to resolve customer complaints promptly. You are persuasive and can build rapport with customers, and demonstrate exceptional communication, leadership, and customer service skills.

Other responsibilities:

Cultivating solid relationships with customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
Identifying promising prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals.
Ensuring that all sales administration and customer service activities run smoothly.
Providing overall guidance to newly recruited Sales Representatives.
Maintaining accurate records of the total sales made by potential and existing customers and sales employee
performance evaluations.
Assisting newly recruited or less experienced Sales Representatives in answering customer questions.
Analyzing sales metrics to determine whether current sales strategies are effective.
Keep all records updated in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
Design and monitor dashboards and KPIs for sales, marketing, and customer services and present them to senior
Higher management as requested.
