What Will You Do
Install, configure, and administer IBM Maximo databases.
Assist in adding, modifying and granting access to Maximo EAM System
Work with IT to apply, test and verify fixes/patches to Maximo EAM System
Oversee database architecture, design, and data modeling.
Monitor Maximo EAM System performance; troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
Perform database backups and restore operations.
Implement performance tuning strategies to optimize query efficiency and data retrieval.
Implement and enforce database security protocols.
Serve as liaison between vendor and Maximo EAM System Users to resolve issues.
Audit database access and security settings.
Support all Maximo environments, including testing, development, pre-prod, training and production.
What Do They Expect From You
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of satisfactory experience in a project leader capacity or as a major contributor on a complex project in data administration.
At least 5 years experience in system administration, business system analysis, escalation support or systems administration experience with IBM Maximo Software Products version 6 or 7
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
