Job Description: As a Salesperson at Restofair Saudi Arabia, you will be an integral part of our dynamic sales team, responsible for cultivating strong client relationships and driving revenue growth. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and contributing to the success of the hospitality professionals we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients within the hospitality industry, including hotels, restaurants, and related businesses.
Develop a deep understanding of client needs and present tailored solutions from our range of Operating Supplies and Equipment (OS&E).
Actively pursue leads, manage the sales pipeline, and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships through exceptional service, regular follow-ups, and effective communication.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to strategize and execute on sales plans, sharing market insights and trends.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent Restofair Saudi Arabia and stay updated on industry developments.
Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to sales management.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales strategies, processes, and product offerings.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the hospitality, F&B, or related industries.
In-depth knowledge of Operating Supplies and Equipment (OS&E) used in the hospitality sector is a strong advantage.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively and influence decisions.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and overcome objections.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and within a team.
Familiarity with CRM software for efficient pipeline management.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
Saudi Arabian market knowledge and network within the hospitality industry is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is a plus.
