For our local branch office in Jeddah we are looking for an

Office Assistant

Your tasks include:
Coordination of all administrative matters, including:
• Coordination, preparation of all incoming and outgoing
correspondence in Arabic and English
• Preparation, translation, distribution of all correspondence to
customer, to company headquarters and internally
• Office Management, including availability of office supplies and
consumables
• Organization of meetings of the Local Project Management, keeping
minutes of meeting and action items
• Car fleet management
• Handling of National and International courier shipments

Management of employees, this includes:
• Assignments of employees
• Travel Management (domestic and international), flight and hotel
booking
• Updating vacation form of all staff members based on time records /
leave request
• Management of documents for Work visa, business visit visa
• Management of mandatory GOSI contributions and yearly medical
insurance policy

• Bachelor in Business administration or equivalent
• Arabic and English fluently
• MS-Office
• Experience in Office Management and Administration
