The ISO Consultant is responsible for providing expert guidance and support to clients seeking to achieve or maintain ISO (International Organization for Standardization) certification. This involves conducting gap analyses, developing and implementing management systems, and providing training to client organizations. The ISO Consultant will work closely with clients to ensure compliance with various ISO standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 22301 and ISO 45001, among others. The ultimate goal is to help clients improve their processes, reduce risk, and enhance overall business performance.

Responsibilities

Analyze clients’ existing processes and systems to identify gaps and areas for improvement in relation to ISO 9001, ISO 22301 and ISO 45001 standards.
Develop and implement customized management systems that align with clients’ business objectives and the relevant ISO 9001, ISO 22301 and ISO 45001standards.
Provide training and support to clients in understanding and implementing the ISO 9001, ISO 22301 and ISO 45001 standards, including documentation, process improvement, and internal auditing.
Conduct internal audits and management reviews to assess clients’ compliance with the ISO 9001, ISO 22301 and ISO 45001standards, identifying areas of non-compliance and recommending corrective actions.
Assist clients in preparing for and navigating external ISO 9001, ISO 22301 and ISO 45001certification audits, providing guidance on how to address non-conformities and achieve certification.
Monitor and review clients’ ongoing compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 22301 and ISO 45001standards, providing support for continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 22301 and ISO 45001standards and industry best practices, ensuring clients receive the most relevant and accurate advice.
Collaborate with other consultants and professionals within the organization to ensure a comprehensive and cohesive approach to client services.
Establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for further consulting services.
Qualifications

Arabic native Speaker
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
Certification as a Lead Auditor or Lead Implementer for one or more ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 22301 and ISO 45001).
Proven experience as an ISO Consultant or in a similar role, with a track record of successful ISO implementation projects.
Strong analytical, communication and quantitative skills
Demonstrated proficiency in MS Excel
Strong presentation and communication skills
