As an HR Assistant, you will be an integral part of our HR team, contributing to various aspects of the employee lifecycle and helping to create an engaging work environment. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities.
Managing employee records and maintaining HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Supporting performance management initiatives, including assisting with performance evaluations and feedback processes.
Assisting in the implementation of employee engagement programs and initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
Assisting with HR policy and procedure development.
Providing administrative support to the HR team, such as scheduling meetingss and handling employee inquiries.
To thrive in this role, you will need:
A minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Assistant in Qatar, with a solid understanding of local labor laws and regulations.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in managing employee records and HR documentation.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with team members and employees at all levels.
Proficiency in HR tools, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and systems.
A proactive and customer-centric approach, always striving to deliver exceptional HR services and support.
