Identify and register suppliers.
· Source all IT Hardware, Accessories, Software, and consumables from local & international suppliers.
· Handling customer enquiries via email & Phone.
· Ensuring all the enquiries are dealt accurately, timely and professionally.
· Preparing sales reports, proposal & Contracts in a timely manner.
· Making follow up calls and sending emails to confirm sales orders.
· Tracking sales orders to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out on time.
· Completing the administrative needs of the sales department.
· Processing purchase orders and updating the CRM on sales opportunities.
· Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork and filling documents.
· Provide prompt service to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Requesting for quotes with the vendor.
· Providing the right solutions to the client.
· Negotiating with the vendors to close deals.
· Making sure to maintain good relations with client & Vendors.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in technology/management.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in coordination role, out of which minimum of three year in GCC.
Proven experience of working on technical companies
Proven method of working within a team with strong administrative capabilities to ensure the department is efficiently operated
Experience of working effectively with 3rd party suppliers, always maintaining high degree of professionalism
Expert in MS Office – specifically Excel (ability to manipulate data – pivot tables, common formulas), PowerPoint & Visio, &SharePoint.
Drive stakeholders to deliver actions and initiatives through clear accountability.
Good analytic skills and attention to detail in recording clear concise actions, decisions, and outcomes.
A motivated, pro-active self-starter with flexible attitude (happy to occasionally attend the meeting at customer premises)
An excellent communicator with strong verbal and written skills.
