Duties and responsibilities below:
Managed assigned IT Cybersecurity projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of project.
Interface with client contact(s) and staff constructively and professionally.
Stay up-to-date on information technology trends and security standards.
Deal with highly sensitive or confidential data or images, depending on the type of case you are investigating.
Planning and monitoring the project.
Daily and monthly report.
Preparing and maintaining the project, stage, and exception plans as required.
Monitoring overall progress and use of resources, initiating corrective action where necessary.
Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables internally and externally.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, and within scope.
Manage risks and issues with mitigating plans for the successful outcome of the projects.
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests relate to IT issues.
Serving as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance.
Determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers.
Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
Record events and problems and their resolution in logs.
Follow-up and update customer status and information.
Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team.
Identify and suggest possible improvements to procedures.
Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
Schedule, organize, task, and report on project progress.
Understanding consumer behaviors and business trends.
Facilitate efficient communication between all project stakeholders, including internal teams and clients
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in MIS, , IT, or related field.
Familiarity with project management and InfoSec concepts, issues, understanding of requirements related to cybersecurity.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
1-3 experience in projects management.
