Vacancy: Senior Commercial Officer
Location: Yanbu
Nationality: Saudis are preferred
Requirements:
– Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required e.g. Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce
– Minimum 5 Years’ experience in procurement required in Oil and Gas Sector

• Able to supervise , evaluate and coach his team.
•CIPP , CICCM Or CIPS holders are preferred or proof of continuous learning in same filed will be preferred .
Responsibilities:
– Receive RFPs, RFQ’s RFI’s, and support with the issuing orders in accordance with specifications required.
– Able to create comparison based on TCO methodology.
– Record all details for all tenders, contracts, purchase requisitions and purchase orders in a purchasing database.
– Maintain records of goods & Services, ordered and received;
– Locate vendors of materials, equipment’s or supplies, and interview them in order to determine product availability and terms of sales;
– Prepare, Validate and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment ;
-Formulating, Reviewing and/or commenting on Contracts, agreements, tender documents, unit rates , cost estimates.
– Review / approve purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy;
– Monitor the PR,s & PO,s through the system, ensure their validity.
– Close the PR,s & PO,s through the system on a daily and monthly basis
– To monitor stocking items bulk quantity which purchased in an advanced way.
– Review / approve Cash requests and payment transfer requests .
– Analyse market and delivery status in order to assess present and future material or services availability,
– Support with the periodic market research and stay abreast on new products, equipment and services emerging in the market.
– Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures;
– Participate in the development of specifications or SOW for services , products or substitute materials;
– Support with the follow up with suppliers on the receipt of required materials in a timely and accurate manner.
– Support with the updating of database on active contracts, reports on status and expenditure.
– Other tasks assigned by section head.
