Job Purpose
Implement site quality assurance and quality control system in compliance with the quality standards at site to ensure high quality deliverables.
Key Accountabilities
Provide technical support to SASREF Project team about Material, Metallurgy, Fabrication, Welding, NDT and Auditing.
Participate in FAT, SAT, pre-commissioning, commissioning stages of projects as required.
Provide detailed inspection reports for projects and deliverables inspection as per approved ITP.
Oversees the quality team members and activities.
Run the projects deliverables and output according to the approved standards and agreed scope.
Monitor and manage the project’s inspection site activities.
Liaise with external agencies for the QMS System maintenance and certifications.
Plan internal and external audits for detailed audit reports.
Prepare non-conformance reports to the project leader and assist in developing corrective actions.
Coordinate with the project team for the resolution of site problems.
Assist the site subcontractors in the resolution of drawing interpretation.
Review work procedures and method statements.
Review inspection test packages during the course of construction activities.
Collaborate with end users to develop the examination, inspection requirement and documentation.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor Degree is the minimum requirement.
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the oil/gas.
