Job Purpose:
To assists the GIM manager in executing the listing program covering all initiatives & incentives and engages 20+ stakeholders nation wide in order to solve critical stakeholder issues.
Daily Operations:
Carry out daily operations assigned for the Department to comply with the Exchange’s standards
Prepare timely and accurate Department reports to meet the requirements, objectives, and standards of the Exchange and the Department
Ensure the satisfaction of internal and external customers to address their needs in a courteous and timely manner
Partnerships Development Key Accountabilities:
Conduct projects meetings, coordinates and follows-up with attendees.
Attend/ Handle monthly project meeting, pressure tests project progress, takes note of key next steps, writes and dispatches meeting minutes.
Draft and review reports and consolidates reports to be shared with the executive committee.
Coordinate delays in project plans and identifies issues to be escalated.
Works with consulting team to resolve critical implementation issues.
Coordinates within the Tadawul team and across stakeholders to resolve implementation barriers
Identifies critical risks and develops mitigation plans.
Coordinates between stakeholders to ensure meeting project milestones.
Tracks KPIs and follows-up with project team to ensure the implementation of the corrective actions.
Tracks the implementation of the communication plan and the development of the communication materials.
Preparing monthly presentations and progress reports
Governance and Resilience:
Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes in order for the work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices, work processes, cost effectiveness, and productivity enhancement
Promote to other employees within the organization the implementation and adherence to policies, procedures, processes, and instructions.
Job Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor degree in Business Management / project Management / Finance, Marketing or equivalent is required
Master degree in Business Management is a plus
Qualification:
Professional qualification in Project Management / PMP / CAPM / KPIs or equivalent is preferred
Capital Markets fundamentals
Experience:
3 years of relevant experience in Project Management / Financial Services with exposure stakeholders engagement management is required, experience in Vision 2030, government initiatives, or Advisory Services is preferred
