Responsibility
Interacts with management to resolve payroll-related problems
Recommends or participates in the development of new procedures and policies related to payroll operations policies and regulations
Assist employees in their daily requests.
handling Medical Insurance, Iqama issuance, Exit Re-entry visa, and Final exit visa.
Review employees’ vacation plan & absence request forms and insure adherence to the approved schedule.
Handling all the offboarding process
Prepares and reconciles payroll transactions, leave time accrual, and balance reports
Must be Know ( Qiwa – Muqeem – Mudad – GOSI )
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or business administration
At least 1 year experience.
Strong task and time management skills.
English language
