My client is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Operations/Facilities Manager for Datacentres to join their team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations of datacentres, ensuring optimal performance, efficiency, and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and enhance operational procedures.
Facilities Management:
Manage all aspects of datacentre facilities, including power, cooling, security, and environmental controls.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and security standards.
Project Coordination:
Work closely with project teams to coordinate the planning, execution, and completion of datacentre projects.
Ensure seamless integration of new technologies and infrastructure.
Vendor Management:
Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure the timely delivery of services and equipment.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize cost-effectiveness.
Compliance and Regulatory Affairs:
Ensure datacentre operations comply with local regulations and industry standards.
Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in datacentre facilities management.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in operations and facilities management within datacentre environments.
Strong understanding of datacentre infrastructure, power distribution, cooling systems, and environmental controls.
Project management skills and experience overseeing construction or upgrade projects.
Familiarity with local regulations and standards related to datacentre facilities in Saudi Arabia.
