General Summary

To manage the company client-Relationships; existing, potential clients and regulators, in order to

capitalize on opportunities, attract new clients, and contribute to the growth of the company business.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Arrange and conduct sales calls for prospect members and existing to promote Edaa services.
Handle Onboarding process for new members
Collaborate with senior management and client relations department in order to be consistent with strategic goals of the company.
Encourage prospective members by broadening awareness and interest through conferences, presentations, meetings and media by using targeting methodology and intelligence systems in order to identify good-fit clients.
Coordinate and Conduct visits to existing and potential clients to capture & present key business aspects.
Handel to achieve the specified KPIs.
Ensure the satisfaction of both internal and external customers by addressing their needs in a courteous and timely manner.
Manage relation with existing clients in different aspects with a well-informed point of view in order to ensure reliability.
Build proposals internally & externally to meet business opportunities.
Manage the clients to ensure they meet their financial obligations.
Supervise on the daily operations relating to their own job to ensure work continuity.

Key Accountabilities:

Carry out daily operations assigned for the department to comply with the company’s standards.
Prepare timely and accurate department reports to meet the requirements, objectives, and standards of the company and the department.
Ensure the satisfaction of internal and external customers to address their needs in a courteous and timely manner.
Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes in order for the work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices, work processes, cost effectiveness, and productivity enhancement.
Promote to other employees within the organization the implementation and adherence to policies, procedures, processes, and instructions.
Maintain a good and respectful relationship with other colleagues and represent the company in a good image.
