Job Role:
Increase the efficiency of teams and outputs and spot out areas of improvement and utilized
resources. Transform the agency to a systematic working environment to compete globally,
by implementing smart project management systems. Create programs for remote teams
and sustainable virtual workflow.
Scope of Work:
Continuous follow up and updates on work and deadlines
Handle the streamlining projects to digitize the overall workflow using systems like Monday , Asana, and others
Setting available and recommend new systems to produce automatic performance and
KPI’s reports periodically, (daily to yearly)
Progressing with the available systems to achieve virtual working environment and land
Remote employees onboarding and traffic management
