Looking for an HR Assistant who can join my team urgently, available in Dubai, UAE ( Shared).
Job Responsibilities:
1. Handling all letter requests from staff, salary certificates, etc.
2. Application for Job Work permits in Nakheel & Emaar website.
3. Insurance Applications – deletions and new applications.
4. Scanning, filing of Personal Information of Staff – Hard & Soft Copies, visa copies, EIDs and etc. Updating manning tracker sheet.
5. Tacking and issuance of probationary forms and letters.
6. Coordinate staff accommodation, cleanliness, onboarding, and offboarding.
7. Coordinate staff mandatory training, tracking, and monitoring.
8. Provide clerical and administrative support.
Requirements:
1. HR experience of at least 1 year.
2. Knows basic labor law.
3. Very good in English both written and verbal.
4. Can join immediately.
