Job Description:
Excellent Knowledge of Drawings reading and execution accordingly.
Should have strong knowledge of behavior and procedure of installation of different kind of anchors (Chemical / Expandable / Self Tapping etc) and required consumables / tools to complete the job.
Should be able to manage a team of Workers / Supervisors at site to get the maximum productivity with accuracy.
Able to demonstrate the team for certain task by doing physically by himself.
Meeting with Client for the Site progress meetings / requirements at site and Follow up on the Inspections / Engineering Approvals.
Responsible for the overall precise installation of the system.
Preparation of forecast for the utilization of manpower on different projects as per priorities.
Should be able to utilize different techniques to meet the Project Timeline.
Should be able to do a site visit to check the requirement of Abseiling System on new sites & submission of Detailed Site Visit Report accordingly.
Generation of Site daily progress report
Maintaining a daily timesheet report
Generation of Bill of Quantities from received / Shop Drawings.
Should be able to coordinate with other Sub Contractors at site to avoid any obstructions / delays.
Coordination and arrangement of Third Party for Testing Jobs.
Able to raise the Inspection Requests on different stages of the Projects and get timely approval for invoicing.
Should be able to work on Autocad.
Good communication skills (English & Arabic)
Responsible of fulfilling the HSE requirements at site.
Preparation of Site Job Pack and briefing to the site team as per Shop Drawings received from Engineering team.
Errorless & timely reporting to the line manager.
Good in using MS Office.
Maintaining records of all the Job packs (Soft and Hard Copies)
Able to prepare Method Statement and Risk Assessment as per site condition.
Worked previously for Building Maintenance Unit / Abseiling System / Facade Cleaning and Maintenance System will be an advantage.
