Puffy is looking for a Digital Project Manager to join our team in Dubai. This role will Support and expand project management scope and supporting growth/optimization of overall Puffy teams and departments.
Responsibilities
Displaying your understanding of project management including but not limited to: finalizing requirements, scoping out project definition and deliverables, estimations, communication management, time/resource management, resource management, identifying and managing risks
Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment, and understanding who does what and by when
Team management capability will be required
Comes with strong knowledge of both Agile project management principles and processes as well as web development and design process
Prioritizing project deliverables and rapidly adapt to changing project requirements.
Showing outstanding leadership, organization and communication skills, with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders
Working on various reporting
Working with an agile mind-set, experienced in working with multiple teams and various personality typesOther Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience of leading and executing digital and web-based projects
Understanding of PPC, social media, SEO, Email Marketing and overall Digital Marketing is a plus.
Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, negotiating, organizational and prioritization and decision making are key to successful
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing/web development in a project manager role
Experienced in Asana or other task management platforms
Experienced in working in digital agency/company is a plus
Have solid understanding of web technology, and e-commerce
Self-motivated and able to work the extra mile to ensure deadlines are met
