On behalf of a company experiencing a rapid growth and a new phase of expansion, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager.

The Role

You will be working within our team in Dubai and play a pivotal role in developing and implementing our digital marketing strategies across channels. Manage and enhance online presence, websites, social media, campaigns. Drive traffic, generate leads, and amplify brand visibility. The ideal candidate is well versed in digital trends, analytics, and data-driven tactics.

Key Responsibilities

· Strategic Development: Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the overall business objectives. This involves defining target audiences, selecting appropriate digital channels, and determining the messaging and content approach.

·       Content Planning and Creation: Develop relevant and engaging content across various digital platforms, including website, blogs, social media, email campaigns, videos, and more. The content should resonate with the target audience and effectively communicate the brand’s message.

·       Social Media Management: Develop a social media strategy, create content calendars, and manage social media platforms to engage with the audience, build brand awareness, and maintain a positive online presence.

·       Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and promote products/services. Personalize content, segment the audience, and analyze campaign performance.

·       SEM and SEO: Optimize digital content and websites to improve organic search engine rankings. This includes keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and staying up to date with search engine algorithm changes.

·       Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across various digital channels using tools like Google Analytics. Provide regular reports to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

·       Online Reputation Management: Monitor online conversations and respond appropriately to comments, reviews, and feedback to maintain a positive brand reputation.

·       Compliance: Ensure that all digital marketing activities adhere to relevant regulations and industry standards

Key Requirements

·       A minimum of 5 years’ experience as Digital Marketing Manager

·       Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field

·       Demonstrated ability to drive measurable results, such as increased website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating effective marketing materials·

·       Proficiency in English is essential, Arabic a plus

·       Google Ads Certification and Google Analytics Certification preferred

·       Effective time management, and demonstrated ability to work to tight deadlines

·       Ability to work effectively with others as a team player, including strong communication and collaboration skills
