We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented listing coordinator to join our growing team. As a listing coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the process of bringing new listings to market and ensuring that they are marketed effectively. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively with others, and a strong commitment to customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the listing process from start to finish, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed and submitted on time.

• Coordinate with real estate agents and other stakeholders to ensure that listings are marketed effectively.

• Schedule showings and other events related to listings.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information about listings in our internal systems.

• Respond to inquiries from potential buyers and other interested parties in a timely and professional manner.

• Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders, including buyers, sellers, and agents.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

• At least 1 year of experience in real estate or a related field.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work collaboratively with others.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
