Roles of Accountant
Manage all accounting transactions
Perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries.
Coordinate with other finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Ensure timely bank reconciliations
Receiving ,storing and processing of invoices
Developing inventory analysis reports and analyzing variances
Assisting in the improvement in internal controls related to inventory
Verifying accurate costs/ Item
Monitoring inventory transactions
Reconciling inventory accounts to the general ledger
Preparing monthly journal entries as needed
Examining expenses submitted by employees
Comply with financial policies and local regulations
Corporate document maintenance
Education & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
4-5 years accounting experience ERP knowledge
Excellent MS Excel capabilities
Regional experience
