Organization Development Associate Manager consultancy role will work autonomously with the business to help to define and implement optimum structures, support allocation of resources across boundaries, improve efficiency, and increase productivity. This position has been created to help to implement elements of the organization’s Vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Development:

Contribute to the development; and manage the execution of the Department agenda in order to ensure seamless operations that facilitate the achievement of the overall organizational objectives
Provide data and reports to the Director periodically and as requested; and highlight areas of improvement in order to support in decision making and operational excellence
Report on performance results, identify performance gaps and ramifications, and recommend corrective actions that mitigate the risk in order to minimize operational interruptions and ensure timelines of objective and target achievement
Supervise the routine monitoring and analysis of Tabadul’s organization structure, identify inefficiencies and improve performance through re-organization programs as needed
The organizational development Associate Manager may need to present their ideas to leaders and teams to convince them of the benefits of a particular course of action.
Lead initiatives to improve competence and capability of talent across the organization, constantly driving up bench strength
Lead the design, implementation and management of the Organization Excellence processes including performance
Support in the development and revision of the operating model, corporate governance framework, and delegation of authority in alignment with Tabadul’s Strategic plan and objectives
Supervise support provided to sectors and departments in enhancing their organizational effectiveness and ensure their alignment with established control and corporate governance mechanisms
Supervise the routine provision of data and reports to the leadership and highlight areas of improvement in order to support in decision making and organizational excellence
Supervise the effective implementation of changes resulting from internal/external organizational reviews
Oversee the promotion of innovative initiatives within Tabadul through the development and coordination of organizational efforts and through the engagement of employees to gather their input and insights for further organizational development
Supervise periodic research studies aiming to identify best practices and trends in organizational development in order to continuously improve the practice within Tabadul
Provide support in preparation of organization surveys such as culture surveys, organization health assessments and employee happiness surveys to identify organizational enhancement opportunities
Provide guidance and support to senior management to take corrective and proactive actions based on the outcomes of the organization surveys
Supervise the development and implementation of Tabadul’s employee performance management cycle in line with the overall strategic direction and objectives
Supervise workforce assessment and planning activities to accurately identify future workforce needs required to achieve Tabadul’s strategic objectives, business requirements, and operational needs
Supervise the development and implementation of Tabadul’s talent retention programs in alignment with best practices
Manage the development of a comprehensive career development framework in line with Tabadul’s career progression plans and with HR best practices
Financial Management

Ensure alignment with relevant financial policies and procedures applicable to the role and provide guidance to juniors as necessary
Ensure compliance with allocated budgets

Required Qualifications & Professional Experience:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or any relevant field.
A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or any relevant field is preferable.
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. Experience in leading teams in human resources is needed.
