Risk Officer Jobs in Saudi Arabia
Main Tasks:
1. To collaborate with the GIAM to plan, design and implement risk management framework.
2. To Provide input in relation to the risk appetite and ensuring that operation activities are carried out in alignment with the set risk appetite.
3. To conduct risk assessment, which involves analyzing risks as well as identifying, describing and estimating the risks affecting the business. In particular, having a good knowledge of manufacturing activities.
4. To evaluate risk through comparing the estimated risks with the criteria .
5. Introducing risk dashboard system to be presented on monthly bases to GIAM and monitor the implementation of risk treatment actions which includes issuing of risk management reports and updating the risk registrar.
6. Keep up to date with relative directives, regulations, best practices i.e. ISO 31000 standards, and other rules governing Takween Group and ensuring their on-going maintenance and implementation.
7. Review and analyze third parties contracts/ agreements/ legal documents and report to RCM on any findings.
8. Carrying out planned and ad hoc assessment to ensure that procedures are kept relevant, and the necessary controls are in place to eliminate exposure to excessive risks.
9. Improve business processes and operations by supporting a program of internal control and external assessments against best practices i.e. COSO module.
10. To support GIAM in conducting fraud and whistleblowing investigations, and act as the custodian for all related issues.
11. To identify, assess, monitor and report on main IT risks and support implementation of risk treatment actions to mitigate these risks.
