Responsibilities of Investment Associate
Lead the investment analysis process (due diligence, modeling, valuation, documentation and presentation).
Build detailed financial models to assess the operational and financial feasibility of private investment opportunities (equity and debt).
Participate and support with the sourcing and transaction negotiations.
Detailed specific and impulse research of macro trends and industry targets.
Ability to build dashboards and monitor portfolio performance.
Provide constant reporting to management.
Qualifications:
Must have 3-5 years’ experience in investment banking or private equity or corporate financial advisory.
Bachelor’s degree in a financial discipline (related MSc or CFA is a plus).
Must have strong extensive analytical and financial modeling skills.
Must currently live in Abu Dhabi/UAE (no exceptions).
Strong skills in MS Excel (VBA preferred), MS PowerPoint, Bloomberg, CapitalIQ, and other.
Fluent level of the English and Arabic languages (read and write). French is a plus.
