Job Description:
Telfaz11 is looking for a Commercial Manager who has a passion for content. An adept
relationship builder capable of juggling competing priorities while managing multiple deadlines.
The role’s purpose is to be the bridge between Telfaz11 and clients (agencies, digital suppliers
and corporations) and play an important role in our Commercial team. The ideal candidate is
organized, self-directed, energetic, personable, self-motivated and possesses an eye for

Role and Responsibilities:
● Proactively build new relationships throughout the production community as well as with
media and creative agencies
● Prospect new clients and opportunities to grow the business
● Prepare customized SLA for agencies to secure long term partnership
● Communicate and align daily with producers, writers and directors
● Strategically pitch and prop our clients’ products and brands into targeted digital shows,
film and digital series
● Lead on Brand Extensions for our existing channels and shows
● Execute impactful and organic integrations into targeted digital shows, film, and digital
series
● Research placement opportunities, upcoming digital and film slates and create target
lists for clients
● Research trades and industry resources for upcoming production opportunities
● Read and breakdown scripts for potential integration opportunities on behalf of all clients
● Use Telfaz11’s platform on a daily basis to update and communicate deals in the
pipeline
● Engage and lead negotiations with our content creators on behalf of our clients to
implement successful deal terms and integration agreements
● Contribute to daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and quarterly client calls, meetings and
brainstorms
● Employ a proactive, consultative pitching approach for long-term relationship building
● Pursue and close opportunities
● Demonstrate a superior understanding of marketing, production and branding principles
while applying to client&business
● Recognize that business results should be measurable and specific
● Manage multiple assignments successfully
● Identify gaps and critical issues in workflow, projects, strategies; clarify complex
problems, ideas, issues
● Communicates ongoing status of business and involves division/office management as
appropriate
Qualifications:
● Sales with Media experience preferred
● Strong negotiation and organizational skills required
● Strong computer skills, primarily Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
● Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
● Ability to manage complex and multiple assignments
● Effective people manager/leader; motivates and serves as a role
● Possesses entertainment industry knowledge and contacts
● A self-starter who requires little supervision
● Communicates ongoing status of business and involves management as appropriate
