Roles and Responsibilities
Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
Value completed work, oversee bills and arrange payments
Checking and evaluation of Subcontractor’s variations and claims
Identify deficiencies in contract documents
Preparation of project variations & claims
Prepare RFQ packages before send RFQ to supplier and subcontractors to make quotations.
Checking and evaluation of Subcontractor’s variations and claims
Provide advice on contractual claims and disputes
Make Technical Queries for any missing information (conflict and clarification) in documents.
Make excel quantity break down for all items at BOQ.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineer.
Experience:
Minimum 6 years’ experience.
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office
In-depth understanding of construction, materials
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Excellent negotiating skills.
