Lead and manage day-to-day retail operations, analyze store budgets, and maintain inventory to keep stores well-stocked for Ceramic, Kitchen, Sanitary ware and Lighting business.
Responsibilities
Analyze Sales Reports and Strategies reports to note which products are selling well and which are not, in addition to discerning profit margins for each item.
Lead and oversee the financial performance of the division ensuring it meets annual financial goals.
Manage Inventory and order new items as needed. This includes creating regular inventory reports and writing purchase plans for upcoming seasons to make suggestions about items that should be stocked in stores.
Opening, closing and cashing up correctly, ensuring all paperwork for the day has been completed correctly, including targets for the next day and a comprehensive handover.
Work with the buyers and propose and study new products to strengthen market relationships and knowledge of market trend, strengths and weaknesses.

communicate with sales regarding sales reports, marketing campaigns, and day-to-day branches operations
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3+ years’ of sales leadership experience
5+ years’ of experience in sales
Strong leadership skills
