We are looking for a dynamic PR Account Manager based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to join us!
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Plan, manage and implement communications strategies for each client
Successfully handle accounts, build strong client relationships, and manage client requirements at all times
To come up with creative concepts for clients and identify opportunities
Develop and place appropriate stories of the client in appropriate media
Conceptualize and execute events for various clients
Network regularly and attend key media/industry events
Proactively establish, and maintain positive relationships with press, media, and influencers
Identify challenges faced by clients and the industry to evolve in an ever-changing communications landscape
Oversee writing and distribution of communications material, press releases, Q&A, speeches, presentations and collateral materials of clients
Oversee monthly coverage reports, analyzing media coverage
Crisis Management – handle both internal and external crises related to the clients
Communicate regularly with the management team to keep them updated on strategic and tactical department news, developments and results
Participate in client and campaign reviews (when required)
Work closely and effectively with The Qode global partners to ensure a smooth relationship and delivery of joint projects
Actively seek new clients to work with The Qode in KSA and work alongside the team to market and present our communications deck to prospective clients, to generate interest and new business opportunities
Proactively look for new/smarter ways to improve department processes and procedures to deliver a faster, more efficient service to clients
KEY ATTRIBUTES AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor/Master degree in PR, management, marketing or related field
Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communications skills in both English and Arabic
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
4+ years of PR / Marketing experience or related field
Proven experience in developing successful strategy for global lifestyle and luxury brands
Extensive press and social contacts in all regions of KSA
Knowledge of the GCC markets with key insights into the luxury sector
Excellent organizational skills
A natural communicator
Excellent client management experience, confident in building relationships and pitching new ideas
Positive attitude / strong work ethic
Ability to work in a team as well as independently
Establishes priorities and effectively manage multiple tasks and projects
Must be a strategic and creative thinker who is able to provide lasting solutions for client issues
Flexible, versatile and copes well under pressure to meet deadlines
Driven, ambitious, and enthusiastic about the world of PR and luxury
Flexibility to travel for work as required
