Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the assessment, analysis, planning and facilitation of healthcare services for designated members on behalf of our clients
Carry out nursing procedures and treatment (giving meds, withdrawing blood samples, monitoring patients during Company Visits, Home Visits and Client Engagement programs
Strong interpersonal skills and working knowledge of organization and healthcare system processes
Computer proficiency including knowledge of word processing and principles of databases
Understands medical record keeping requirements and maintain strict confidentiality/privacy requirements
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Required skills:
Renders nursing care nursing practice in line with the facility and MOH policies, procedures, and standards
Obtains and secures the initial patient consent before registering them in the electronic medical record
Carries out the initial nursing assessment such as History collection, Vital signs, Blood sugar level
Registers the patient with accurate, correct, and complete documentation in the electronic medical record
Assists and provides the necessary equipment to the doctors during the physical examination and treatment
Qualifications:
Must have a valid Saudi Commission of Health Specialties license to practice
At least 3 years of clinical experience
Knowledge of utilization and case management
Multi-lingual abilities is a plus
