Role Purpose
Lead the store end-to-end operations, including planning, organizing, leading and controlling for F&B and non-F&B related items, to support achieving Cool Inc’s short- and long-term goals.
Accountabilities
Operations Management:
Plan and manage the store operations in compliance with Cool Inc policies and guidelines
Oversee all aspects of inventory, data quality , waste management, safety guidelines, hygiene standards, fleet movement, and equipment
Develop the store operations, efficiency, and satisfaction by ensuring inventory items and non-inventory items receiving, availabilty and utilization according to policies, guidelines, and requirements
Ensure data quality and accuracy through implementing a systematic and efficient filing system, for both hard files as well as all electronic data
Monitor functional performance and efficiency and realign or escalate as need by using dashboards and producing reports
Initiate periodical audits and quality checks to verify proper implementation of all applicable policies and procedures
Manage the store environment and ensure compliance to guidelines and health and safety standards
Relationship Management
Collaborate with the F&B team to minimizing wastage and shrinkage to an absolute minimum in relation to quality, expiry and spoilage of items received
Oversee relevent complaints resolution and ensure customer satisfaction by handling escalated suppliers and Cooligans enquiries, redirecting complaints to concered departments and following up on resolution with procurement
People Management
Develop the team operational KPIs through cascading of the department objectives and monitor the implementation to ensure the achievement of the set KPIs
Formulate the team annual outcomes in line with operational KPIs and oversee their execution
Manage the team performance through providing performance feedback, conversations, appraisal, coaching, knowledge transfer …etc. to ensure the achievement of the set objectives and employees career development
Job Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience
Previous experience in store leadership or a similar management position within F&B
Strong working knowledge of store operations and management
Solid understanding of quality and product knowledge of all F&B items
Solid understanding of the cost auditing and implementation when/ where necessary
