Your responsibilities include:

* Prospecting new business through warm calling/emailing our existing databases

* Networking to become an area specialist within your assigned community

* Qualifying new leads

* Conducting viewings

* Working in sales or rentals, depending on experience

* Negotiating and finalizing deals

About the Candidate Requirements

* Proficient in English, advantageous if you also have Russian, Chinese, Spanish and Arabic

* Sales Experience in real estate, life insurance, banking, and hospitality

* Impressive personality with good presentation skills

* Outstanding sales and negotiation skills

* Excellent communication skills

* Willing to grow within the company in the long run with our vision

* Driving license and car are advantageous but not mandatory

* Finally a “Can-Do attitude”
