We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Social Media Manager cum Sales professional. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our company’s social media presence and driving sales through various social media channels. You will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content, develop social media strategies, and generate leads to increase brand awareness and revenue.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement social media strategies to drive brand awareness, increase engagement, and generate leads
– Create and curate high-quality content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
– Manage and monitor all social media accounts, including responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely manner
– Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement
– Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute sales campaigns that leverage social media platforms
– Utilize social media advertising platforms to create targeted ads and maximize conversion rates
– Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and provide recommendations for improvement
– Identify and engage with influencers, partners, and customers to build brand advocacy and increase sales opportunities
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
– Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
– Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools
– Experience in managing social media advertising campaigns and optimizing ROI
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
– Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
– Knowledge of sales techniques and experience in driving sales through social media platforms is a plus
