Need a professional secretary to provide behind-the-scenes work for our office in Ajman FZ.

Tasks include but are not limited to welcoming visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries, organizing files, preparing documents, managing office supply inventory, and scheduling appointments.

As a secretary, you will assume the duty of clerical and administrative support in order to optimize workflow procedures in the office.

Qualifications

English fluency is a must.

Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
