Digital Marketing Specialist Job Description
We are looking for a qualified Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. You will lead our digital marketing efforts using new media and digital tools.
If you know how to creatively handle various online marketing tools, like websites, podcasts and blogs, this position is for you. You will work with different teams to coordinate our marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.
Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in marketing, art direction, and social media management. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
Ultimately, you should be able to promote our company and increase client engagement.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns
Develop and monitor campaign budgets
Plan and manage our social media platforms
Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance
Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results
Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry
Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience
Maintain a strong online company voice through social media
Liaise with Marketing, Sales, and Product development teams to ensure brand consistency
Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects
Monitor ROI and KPIs
Stay up to date with digital media developments
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a digital marketing or advertising position
Proven work experience as a Digital media specialist or Digital marketing manager
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics
Experience with visual communication principles
Familiarity with web design and content management systems
Excellent analytical and project management skills
An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Up to date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
Experience in Food&beverage environment and grocery environments.
