Operation Support Manager – Facility management
Work Location: Qatar
Experience: • Fluent in English and Arabic (Speak and Write).
• 10 Year (Among 5 year in GCC)-Prefer from education sector.
• BSC Engineering Degree and extensive Facility management Experience. • Good knowledge in MEP/Civil/LV systems. • Strong background in soft FM services including cleaning, landscaping, waste manage-ment, pest and rodent control, security, and porter services. • Strong background in quality, health, safety and environmental management systems & regulations.
• Experience of implementing a performance & compliance culture utilizing technology where applicable.
• Experience in wide range of software packages including MS office, CMMS, CAFM, IWMS….
• Ability to plan organize and supervise multiple teams and decision making.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, staff, supply chain and stake holders.
• Prefer membership in professional bodies-IFMA, RIGS, IMeche, IEEE, BIFM,CIBSE, ICE or similar.
