The Role
Puffy is looking for a driven Talent Acquisition – Resource Specialist to join our team in Dubai. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be an integral part of the company by providing invaluable support to our Talent Acquisition team in candidate profile gathering, candidate management, and database searching among others. To be successful in this role, you should combine knowledge of sourcing techniques with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ultimately, you will be responsible for building a strong talent pipeline for filling our company’s current and future staffing needs.
Responsibilities
Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open up
Build candidate pipelines for key positions
Continuously partner with recruiting team and senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies
Stay active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create and release job descriptions and announcements
Assess ‘fit’ based on both technical competencies as well as more culture-based criteria
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Sourcing Specialist, sourcing recruiter, or similar role ideally within a tech-driven industry
Deep knowledge of leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, including Boolean search strings
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and other Human Resources Management software
Familiarity with LinkedIn Insights and talent market mapping a plus
Experience in proactive sourcing methods and IT platforms such as GitHub & Stack Overflow
Familiarity with social networks, professional sites, and resume databases
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (particularly business email writing knowledge)
