Responsibilities
Liaise with clients, consultants, quantity surveyors, and other third parties.
Review and evaluate all tender enquiries for completeness and accuracy.
Administrate correspondence and tender documentation throughout the supply chain
Organise and attend site visits with suppliers and subcontractors.
Participate in project meetings.
Obtain pricing in a timely manner to meet with submission deadlines.
Review and evaluate all project costs and provide a complete price submission
Assess the levels of business risk on each project.
Maintain relationships with clients keeping a sales-minded attitude
Provide estimating and tender writing training to the estimating team as and when required.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
Familiarity with blueprints and ability to read plans
4-5 years’ of construction experience in Oman preferred
