We’re looking for a highly driven sales representative with excellent communication skills to bring in and engage possible customer prospects and manage customer relations.
Job description:
Present and promote products and services with strong cases as to why prospective and current customers use/purchase our services and products.
Look for business leads and contact businesses to promote our services.
Co-ordinate sales with team members and other departments.
Maintain and build positive customer relationships, overseeing their needs and after-service care.
Look for profitable opportunities in the market, and plan accordingly with team members to close possible profitable sales deals.
Minimize possible customer complaints to maximize customer satisfaction.
Requirements :
we are looking for a fresh graduate in business or related field (0-1) years of experience.
knowledge of MS office.
preferably an understanding of customer relationship management.
