We are looking for an investment analyst to support the fund’s investment and conducts research, creates financial models, and produces analytical reports and recommendations for the team.
Responsibilities
Perform initial investment review and screening of prospective investment opportunities as well as tracking of the investment pipeline.
Support the Investment Team in due diligence, valuations, optimal capital structures and review of financial models.
Support in the preparation of investment memorandums and finalize documentations.
Proactively share thoughts on the development of the portfolio, communicate ideas and personal in-sights and further engage in wider group Investment Team discussions.
Provides support to the Investment Team as needed.
Communicate effectively with peers, senior team members and key stakeholders; both verbally and in writing.
Prepare meeting agendas and take meeting notes/minutes.
Handle related assignments as required.
Qualification and requirements
The graduate must be holder of Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Accounting or any related major with basic understanding of finance and valuation metrics and have commercial acumen.
Minimum CGPA 3.00/4.00
