We are looking for a Content Marketing Executive to offer full marketing support to the Managing Director, create content and to assist in managing the digital platforms of the company (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest). The person will have to possess strong creative, technical and analytical skills with digital campaigns, community growth and digital advertising. The person is expected to support the team by ideating, creating and publishing content as well as by running ad campaigns, optimizing content reach, reporting on clear metrics and increasing viewership and following.

Responsibilities

Post and distribute digital content across different platforms.
Handle the company website’s content management.
Identify trends and types of content to be optimized.
Film interesting digital content regularly.
Develop fresh content calendar and schedule accordingly.
Optimize ad spending with specifically set KPIs.
Direct audience to different platforms (webpage, socials, etc.)
Track and analyse performance on digital platforms and advise on how to optimize performance.
Target specific markets through Google Ads and social media promotions.
Increase and engage social media following and community.
Grow social media channels organically through best practices.
Optimize the reach and effectiveness of email newsletters.
In-Depth SEO knowledge.
Manage and grow YouTube subscribers and view counts.
Provide constant updates on what kind of content can grow our following and how it can be optimized.
Experience in image & video editing is an added advantage.
Present ideas for new digital content.
Write, script and edit content pieces.

Requirements and skills

Creative skills (ideating, writing, brainstorming content).
An eye for aesthetic images and visuals.
Basic filming skills using a phone camera.
Time management and organizational skills, to schedule content and keep the content calendar in check.
Deep understanding of social media analytics, algorithms, trends, metrics and functionalities.
Strong understanding and capabilities in running and tracking social media ad campaigns.
Strong understanding and capabilities in running Google Ads and tracking their metrics.
Ability to provide timely and data-backed reports on content optimization.
Proven experience of growing social media followings and communities.
Proven experience in growing YouTube audiences.
Proven experience in redirecting traffic to different digital platforms.
Attention to detail.
Ability to take initiative and propose solutions to unexpected issues.
Reliability and discretion.
